Lucie

Lucie 是個凡事都要做到一百分的人。就連"隨和"都要努力做到百分百。So, you can count on her for being a 100% friend.


Lucie was originally my coworker. We had a rather bumpy start at work (I seem to have a bump start with most people), because she's a reading person and I am an illiterate, so we have a lot of arguments on designing UI. Fortunately, after a while we both begin to see each other's point of view and we become good friends after that (or we are just both tired of heated debates).

She's a really professional gourmet, and I "somehow" inspired her to sing, so basically our friendship is also based on food and KTV. She and Angie have been good, supportive listeners and I learn a lot from them (mostly through working together).

Her artistic, exotic fashion sense with a tint of French elegance makes up the perfect missing piece for my "million-dollar-looking" wardrobe.

無言的結局

陰錯陽差的在 app 上遇到共同的朋友,陰錯陽差的得知你有一個交往多年的男朋友。
當下我的第一個反應是,“你這個人渣”!
近乎同時,我的第二個反應是,“我這個白痴!居然沒有察覺。”
過了幾分鐘,冷靜下來後,我得到的結論卻是:

即便我原諒你,即便還愛著你,但是我也不會選擇你,因為你不是個值得信賴的好人。

這算是一個左右腦有 agreement 的結論!

自製豆漿+豆渣肉排

好幾次朋友來我家看到那台看起來很厲害的 iPhone Smasher "Blentec" (Btw Thanks Angie for carrying it back for me) 都會產生以下的對話:

友:"你現在還有在打果汁嗎?"
我:"冬天我不想喝冷的,所以目前沒有。" (汗)
友:"那你可以打豆漿阿?"
我:"對喔,我來研究看看。" (大汗)

就在上個周末,為了配合長肌肉計劃需要攝取大量蛋白質,我發狠去買了有機黃豆回來打了豆漿。用絲襪層層過濾的絲襪有機豆漿自然香甜好喝,但....過濾掉的一堆豆渣怎麼辦呢?依照網路的種種建議,再加上懶人我的小小改良之後,完成了以下的豆渣肉排做法:

1. 把絞肉和豆渣以 5:4 的比例混合 (豆渣太多會失去肉的口感)
2. 加上適量的鹽和醬油調色 (我不愛吃洋蔥所以沒放,也不希望紅蘿蔔搶了肉味所以也沒放)
3. 揉成小丸子後捏扁,放在鋪了錫箔紙的烤盤上
4. 放入已預熱的烤箱烤個 10 分鍾 (方便,肉排不會散掉,不用抹油)

完成!

吃起來口感鬆鬆軟軟,像夜市裡"便宜的雞塊"。估計夜市裡很多肉塊都是摻了大量的豆渣以節省成本。另外,如果您要用炸的,請酌量減少豆渣的分量以免煎到一半肉排就散了。
